Blue Bay, a few minutes on, has the marine park and the clearest easy snorkelling on the island, with boats out to Ile aux Aigrettes leaving from close by. Rose Belle is the inland junction where the motorway starts climbing towards the centre. Roads here are open and well signed, and the capital is under an hour away.
