How does airport pickup work at SSR?
After you book a car with airport delivery, the partner meets you in the arrivals hall at your flight time, checks your documents, hands over the keys and points you to the car. The fee starts at Rs 500.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence held for at least a year, your passport, and the card used to book. An International Driving Permit is recommended if your licence is not in the Latin alphabet.
How much is the deposit?
On most cars here, none at all: nothing is taken or held on your card. If the car comes back damaged you cover up to the amount shown on the car page, and only if damage actually happens. A few companies take a deposit at pick-up — a card hold or cash — and their car page says so before you book.
Can I cancel if my flight changes?
You can cancel from your trip page at any time before pick-up, and nothing further is charged — the rest of the rental is only paid at the handover. The prepayment that secured the car stays with the booking.
Is insurance included?
Every car is listed with the partner's insurance. Cover terms and any excess are stated on the car page before you book.
Can I return the car somewhere other than the airport?
Often yes. Many partners offer delivery and return to your hotel or address within their radius, for a flat fee shown on the car page. Filter for the cars that do.
