Book direct with the island, not a call centre
Dodo Rent is a Mauritian marketplace, not an offshore broker. You book real cars from around 20 local rental businesses and hand the keys over face to face. Most cars here take no deposit at all — nothing is held on your card, and what you would cover if the car is damaged is capped and shown on every car page.
